Dakota Blue Richards was born in England and is an English actor. She has played Lyra Belaqua in 'The Golden Compass', and Franky Fitzgerald for the British teenage drama Skins. She also has a long tradition of appearing on stage in plays such as 'Arcadia as well as A Streetcar Named Desire. Richards is a Londoner who grew in Sussex.
